It is a company specializing in the production of ceramic hard-sealed ball valves and ceramic hard-sealed irrigation valves. With material technology and precision craftsmanship as its core, it provides reliable performance solutions for global fluid control systems.
The ceramic valves produced by the company are made of materials such as PVDF, CPVC, UPVC, PPH, FRPP, SS304, and SS316; the ceramic cores are made of high-purity alumina ceramics and silicon carbide ceramics; the process guarantees include ultra-high temperature sintering technology, which enhances wear resistance by 10 times (compared to metal valves). The connection methods include flange, thread, hot melt, adhesive, butt welding, and clamp; the driving methods include manual, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic; intelligent control includes two-wire/three-wire control, position feedback, power failure reset, and timed opening and closing.
The valve cores and valve seats of the ceramic hard-sealed ball valves are made of corundum ceramics or silicon carbide materials, which are sintered at 1680℃ or 2200℃ under ultra-high temperature conditions and then precisely processed. Their Rockwell hardness HRA is ≥ 85. At the same time, they have the characteristics of low torque, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and durability. The products have been successfully applied in wastewater treatment plants, dyeing sludge systems; photovoltaic polysilicon acid washing lines, electroplating pipelines, lithium battery production, petrochemical pipelines; biological pharmaceutical purification equipment, paper pulp control; intelligent farmland irrigation, seawater desalination, power station cooling systems, refrigeration projects, etc.
