How to extend the service life?
1. Clean the pipeline
The welding slag, rust, lime slurry solidified residue, iron wires, cloth strips, etc. in the pipeline, if they accumulate at the throttling or guiding parts, will cause the ceramic valve to be clogged or stuck, and the valve core may break. 
2. Increasing the Diameter
  Under the same flow rate, the smaller the diameter of the ceramic valve port, the faster the flow velocity of the fluid, and the more severe the erosion of the fluid on the ceramic valve core and sealing components will be. 
3. Transfer the damaged area
Move the severely damaged part of the ceramic valve to a secondary position to protect the sealing surface and throttling surface of the valve core and valve seat.
4. Change the valve structure
To make the structure of the ceramic valve more reasonable, it has been changed to the currently commonly used three-piece structure. 
5. Increase the opening degree for operation.
